Pastor Sean and Pastor Bonita Beverly have been married 22 years, and they are lifelong Milwaukee residents.
Both are 3rd generation pastors, and the gratified parents of five children and three grandchildren.
Together, they serve as pastors and founders of Greater El Bethel House of Worship established in 2017. The worship center is a ministry focused on faith, loving the unloved, those who feel invisible, and an outreach for the millennial worshippers. Sean and Bonita have a passion for building strong men and women, healthy marriages and families. They are committed to the community.
Their vision is to go beyond the four walls of the church, in a pursuit for those that God have provided by touching the community through various outreach, evangelism, social media, and other avenues. Their goal is to win those that feel abandoned, overlooked, or unimportant, through the word of God and building from the inside out. Sean and Bonita desire to develop true servants of the gospel.
Sean and Bonita’s ministry was birthed shortly after the demise of Bonita’s father, Pastor Joel J. Kinlow in June 2016. God began speaking to Sean and Bonita about a shift in ministry, and they responded at the time when the Beverly’s were serving in the ministry, which led to them mentoring and walking with many broken individuals and couples. Fostering these relationships they had no idea that this was ineffective and not beneficial to kingdom building. This vision does not water down the Gospel, rather it removes religious traditions that ultimately become a bondage. Their desire is to witness and experience believers living in freedom in its purest form, through the delivery of the gospel without man’s fingerprints all over it.
A ministry built on one simple, but powerful and important word, LOVE, which is why their tag line is: “To love the unloved through the love of Christ.”
If what they have shared has spoken to your heart or connected with your spirit in any way, they invite you to come partner with them, as they touch and reach the invisible of their community.
